We are looking for a Motion Graphics & AI Video Specialist to create high-performing short-form video ads and static creatives using motion design, video editing, and generative AI tools.
This role blends motion graphics, creative storytelling, AI-powered production, and performance marketing. You will be responsible for turning campaign ideas into scalable creative assets that drive measurable outcomes across platforms like Meta, YouTube, Shorts, and Reels.

Conceptualize, script, and produce short-form video ads, motion graphics, and static creatives for performance marketing campaigns.

Create engaging visual assets using motion graphics, video editing, animation, and AI-assisted production workflows.

Use AI tools such as Veo 2, Runway Gen-3, Pika Labs, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Descript, ChatGPT, and other emerging platforms to create scalable creative assets.

Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and growth teams to ensure creatives align with campaign goals and brand messaging.

Edit, animate, color grade, and finalize videos for Meta, YouTube, Shorts, Reels, and other performance channels.

Experiment with new hooks, ad formats, visual styles, transitions, and creative frameworks to improve CTR, engagement, and conversions.

Analyze creative performance and iterate quickly based on campaign learnings and performance data.

Document creative workflows, learnings, templates, and best practices to build repeatable production systems.

Experience in motion graphics, video editing, short-form content, or digital ad creatives.

Hands-on experience with tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, Figma, or similar design/editing platforms.

Familiarity with AI video, image, voice, or editing tools; or strong ability to learn new tools quickly.

Strong understanding of short-form content formats, hooks, pacing, storytelling, and visual attention patterns.

Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, engagement, and creative fatigue.

Solid editing, animation, and post-production skills.

Ability to work fast, test frequently, and iterate based on performance data.

Strong creative judgment with attention to detail.

Experience working on paid social creatives for Meta, YouTube, Shorts, Reels, or other digital platforms.

Background in startups, agencies, growth teams, or performance marketing environments.

Experience creating UGC-style ads, explainer videos, product videos, or direct-response creatives.

Experience building repeatable creative production workflows using AI tools.

Understanding of direct-response advertising, hooks, retention, and conversion-focused storytelling.
