Job Description: Operations & Admin Executive**Position:** Operations & Admin Executive**Location:** Work From Office – Noida Sector 62**Employment Type:** Full-Time## About the RoleWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented **Operations & Admin Executive** to manage day-to-day operational activities, administrative tasks, banking coordination, accounts support, vendor management, collections, and internal coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong follow-up skills, negotiation ability, and good knowledge of **MS Excel and Tally**.## Key Responsibilities### Operations Management* Manage daily operational activities and ensure smooth business operations.* Coordinate with internal teams for task completion and updates.* Maintain operational reports, trackers, and documentation.* Monitor pending tasks and ensure timely closure.* Support process improvement and workflow management.### Admin & Office Management* Handle daily administrative activities and office coordination.* Maintain important documents, records, files, and reports.* Manage documentation related to operations, vendors, and payments.* Coordinate with different departments for operational requirements.### Banking & Payment Activities* Handle bank-related work and documentation.* Coordinate with banks for required processes and transactions.* Maintain payment records and transaction details.* Support payment processing and financial documentation.### Accounts Support* Assist in basic accounting activities and financial records.* Maintain invoices, bills, expenses, and payment entries.* Perform data entry and record maintenance.* Knowledge of **Tally** for basic accounting operations is required.### Collection & Follow-ups* Follow up with clients/customers for pending payments.* Maintain collection trackers and payment status reports.* Ensure timely reminders and coordination for payment recovery.* Share regular updates with management.### Vendor Management & Negotiation* Coordinate with vendors for quotations, services, and requirements.* Negotiate pricing, timelines, and service terms.* Maintain vendor relationships and records.* Ensure smooth coordination between vendors and internal teams.### Reporting & Data Management* Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports using **MS Excel**.* Maintain operational MIS and tracking sheets.* Use Excel formulas, filters, and reporting tools for data management.## Required Skills & Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Operations, or related field.* 1–3 years of experience in operations, admin, accounts support, or coordination roles.* Good knowledge of **MS Excel** (formulas, reports, data management).* Basic knowledge of **Tally and accounting processes**.* Strong communication and coordination skills.* Good negotiation and vendor management skills.* Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.* Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.## Preferred Candidate Profile* Experience in operations/admin roles.* Experience handling banking work, collections, vendors, and documentation.* Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and financial records.* Responsible, organized, and proactive approach towards work.## Key Skills* Operations Management* Administration* Vendor Coordination* Payment Follow-up* Collection Management* Banking Coordination* Tally* MS Excel* Documentation* Negotiation Skills* Team Coordination**Job Location:** Noida Sector 62**Work Mode:** Work From Office**Salary:** As per experience and skills**Joining:** Immediate / Negotiable
