Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting, billing, GST compliance, accounts receivable, and ERP systems, preferably with experience in the Agro Chemical, Agriculture, or industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer billing, invoicing, and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Process Credit Notes, Debit Notes, and customer account reconciliations.
- Verify invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with GST and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams for smooth order-to-cash operations.
- Prepare MIS reports and support month-end closing activities.
- Work efficiently on ERP systems such as Tally,
- Maintain customer ledgers and ensure timely collections.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required financial records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ 5–10 years of accounting experience, preferably in Agro Chemical, Agriculture.
✔ Strong knowledge of GST, taxation, and accounting principles.
✔ Hands-on experience in Billing, Invoicing, Credit/Debit Notes, and AR.
✔ Experience with ERP software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, etc.).
✔ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
