Arsalan Hospital is looking for a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our Gynecology & Obstetrics department. You'll provide patient care across antenatal, delivery, postnatal, and gynecological services, working closely with our doctors and care team to ensure the highest standard of maternal and women's health care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in the gynecology ward, labor room, and OPD as assigned
- Assist during deliveries, minor gynecological procedures, and surgeries
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and maintain accurate patient records
- Support antenatal and postnatal care, including patient education on maternal health
- Coordinate with doctors and other staff for timely treatment and emergency response
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and infection-control protocols in the ward
- Counsel patients and families with empathy, especially during labor and delivery
- Requirements
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing (or equivalent) from a recognized institutionPreferred (not mandatory)
- Prior labor room / delivery experience
- BLS/CPR certification
- Valid nursing council registration (State/Indian Nursing Council)
- [X]+ years of experience in gynecology/obstetrics or labor room nursing preferred (mention "freshers welcome" if applicable)
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
