Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to support our Senior Management. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and communicative, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Liaise with the Director, update work plans, and monitor commitments and deadlines
- Coordinate meetings, including Strategic Management Group, Board, and Board sub-committee meetings
- Maintain filing systems, mailing lists, and contacts database
- Provide general administrative duties, including word processing and document preparation
- Participate in team meetings and events
- Supply comprehensive information and perform basic library and internet searches
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 5+ years of experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
