Technical & Site Operations
- Design Interpretation: Reading, analyzing, and interpreting construction blueprints, topographical layouts, and rebar schedules to ensure all work aligns with engineering specifications.
- Site Set-Out & Surveying: Setting out site measurements and marking out elevations and structural axes using advanced surveying equipment.
- Technical Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving day-to-day engineering discrepancies or unforeseen technical challenges on site.
- Resource Allocation: Organizing and supervising skilled personnel, heavy machinery, and construction materials effectively.
- Project & Budget Management
- Progress Monitoring: Tracking daily and weekly progress to ensure the project matches the baseline construction schedule.
- Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Conducting regular inspections to ensure structural integrity (such as testing concrete, steel frameworks, and foundations) meets industry standards.
- Cost Tracking: Assisting project managers with budget tracking, estimating material quantities, and preventing material wastage.
- Coordination & Stakeholder Liaison
- Team Leadership: Directing and supporting junior site engineers, site supervisors, and labor crews.
- Vendor & Subcontractor Communication: Collaborating with external suppliers, third-party contractors, and local authorities to ensure timely deliveries and compliance.Safety & Compliance
- Regulatory Adherence: Enforcing strict compliance with workplace health, safety (HSE), and environmental regulations.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identifying workplace hazards, conducting safety
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
