We're Hiring: Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive
Location: Calicut/Trivandrum/Malappuram
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000/month
RedTeam Hacker Academy is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive to promote our training programs, generate leads, build institutional partnerships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Visit colleges, schools, corporate organizations, and franchise centers to generate leads and build relationships.
✅ Promote training programs through seminars, workshops, educational fairs, and promotional events.
✅ Achieve monthly lead generation and admission targets.
✅ Build institutional partnerships, execute MoUs, and support business development activities.
✅ Execute field marketing campaigns, roadshows, and brand awareness programs.
✅ Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead conversion.
✅ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
✅ Submit regular activity reports to management.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's degree (preferred).
✔ 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Field Sales, Business Development, or Institutional Marketing.
✔ Freshers with excellent communication and field marketing skills may also apply.
✔ Strong communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills.
✔ Willingness to travel extensively for institutional visits and promotional activities.
✔ A valid driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
