Job Summary
The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining accurate sales data, ensuring timely follow-ups, coordinating with the sales team, and supporting the sales process from lead generation to order closure.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
· Capture and update leads in CRM.
· Assign leads to sales team.
· Monitor follow-ups and conversions.
Customer Relationship Management
· Maintain customer communication.
· Resolve queries promptly.
· Keep complete customer records.
Sales Coordination
· Coordinate meetings and quotations.
· Coordinate with internal teams.
· Support documentation.
CRM & Reporting
· Maintain CRM accuracy.
· Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS.
· Track pipeline and forecasts.
Order & Project Coordination
· Support order processing.
· Track milestones.
· Coordinate delivery and installation.
Customer Service
· Handle complaints.
· Collect feedback.
· Support retention.

Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree
· 2–5 years in CRM/Sales Coordination
· B2B/Projects/Furniture industry preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
