Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our growing team. Candidates having experience in Bulk SMS, WhatsApp API, CPaaS, SaaS Sales, Tele Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Support, or Digital Marketing Sales will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through calling, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
- Identify and connect with potential clients across industries.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships.
- Update CRM and maintain sales records.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Gives Demo & resolve clients queries through connection with technical team
- Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Support, or Business Development.
- Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, WhatsApp API, Bulk SMS, SaaS Products, or IT Services is preferred.
