We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our daily business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, managing documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. Strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company records, files, and databases.
- Prepare reports, documents, and data entries accurately.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle emails, invoices, and internal documentation.
- Verify and update customer and business information.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and maintaining records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in a back office or administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent typing and data entry skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of ERP or CRM software.
