- Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for non-tech roles

Build effective sourcing strategies across job portals, social media, and referrals

Screen and shortlist candidates with precision and professionalism

Coordinate interviews and follow-ups, ensuring a seamless candidate experience

Partner closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs and timelines

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data and reports
- 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in non-tech recruitment

Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate engagement
