Job Title: Junior Interior Designer
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Interior Designer to lead and oversee the design process for a variety of projects. This role involves managing the conceptualization, development, and delivery of innovative design solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and the design team, ensuring that projects align with the client’s vision and SK Design Studio’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the conceptualization of interior design projects, ensuring creative and innovative
solutions
2. Develop layouts, mood boards, material selection, and colour scheme
3. Refine designs to align with client requirements and feedback
4. Work closely with Senior Interior Designer or Project Manager or Clients to understand
their needs, preferences, and budget
5. Present design concepts and plans to clients, addressing their feedback and gaining
approvals
6. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure alignment throughout the design
process
7. Collaborate with project managers, senior interior designers and contractors to ensure
designs are executable
8. Coordinate with the execution team to ensure design integrity is maintained during implementation
9. Create accurate drawings, 3D models, and detailed specifications using design software
(AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
10. Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies
11. Source and specify materials, furnishings, fixtures, and finishes for projects
12. Monitor and regularly update the progress of your design and drawing work
13. Conduct site visits to ensure design adherence during key milestones
14. Provide support for design-related troubleshooting during project execution
15. Ensure all designs meet SK Design Studio’s standards of creativity, functionality, and aesthetics
Qualifications/Skills:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
2. 1- 2+ years of experience in interior design, preferably in high-end residential and commercial projects
3. Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools)
4. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
7. Creative problem-solving and attention to detail

Salary range: Rs. 10,000/- to Rs. 25,000/- ( Depending upon the experience )
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
