Job Summary
We are looking for confident and motivated International Voice Process Executives to join our USA-based customer calling process. The selected candidates will communicate with customers in the USA, understand their requirements, provide relevant information, and maintain professional communication throughout the call.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with USA customers.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Follow the company-provided calling script and process guidelines.
- Maintain a friendly, confident, and professional tone.
- Record call details and update customer information accurately.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and attendance requirements.
Requirements
- Good spoken English and communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with international customers.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in the USA night shift.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with international voice process experience will be preferred.
