Title: Technical Sales Engineer – Sales
Location: BengaluruExperience: 2–3 years
Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical , Electronics stream (preferred)
Overview:We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join Influx (India). The role involves driving sales by understanding customer technical requirements, engaging with decision-makers, and converting leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities
- Understand and interpret customer technical requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Research potential clients, build relationships, and prepare quotations
- Handle customer inquiries via phone/email and manage order processing
- Maintain strong follow-ups to improve conversion rates
- Analyse competitor activities and identify market opportunities
- Support order fulfilment by coordinating delivery timelines and resolving issues
- Develop existing accounts by suggesting relevant products and solutions
- Continuously update product and industry knowledge
Skills Required:
Sales & negotiation, technical understanding (electronics), prospecting, relationship building, customer focus, and strong communication skills
Additional Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of CANBUS networks in automotive applications is preferred
- Strong foundation in general electronics
- Candidates must have an Electronics background (non-IT/non-software roles)
Work Schedule:Monday to Friday (Day Shift)
Location Requirement:Must be able to commute or relocate to Bengaluru (560008)
Experience:Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required
