Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
- Assist customers with loan-related queries, repayments, and account issues
- Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
