Sales Executive (B2B) – Hospitality Industry
Echor Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Sales Executive (B2B) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle travel agent calls and email communications
- Coordinate with travel agents for reservations and bookings
- Manage vouchers, payments, pending payments, and follow-ups
- Ensure smooth booking processes and timely confirmations
- Maintain professional relationships with travel partners and agencies
- Resolve booking-related queries and provide support to travel agents
Requirements:
- Prior experience in B2B hotel or travel reservations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling travel agent and guest calls
- Knowledge of payments, vouchers, pending payments, and follow-ups
- Ability to coordinate effectively with travel agents and manage bookings smoothly
- Basic knowledge of OTAs and reservation processes will be an advantage
