Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Executive to support our daily business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, managing, and maintaining data related to orders, inventory, and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data in internal systems and spreadsheets
- Maintain records of orders, inventory, and dispatch details
- Verify data for errors and ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and accounts teams for data updates
- Generate basic reports as required by management
- Maintain confidentiality of company data
Key Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in data entry or backend operations
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good typing speed and attention to detail
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Experience working in e-commerce or logistics environment
- Familiarity with inventory or order management systems
