Catalyst Education is looking for an energetic and proactive Business Development Associate – Field Marketing to build relationships with educational institutions and generate quality admission leads. The role involves visiting colleges, schools, coaching centres, and other institutions to promote our Commerce Professional, Technology, and Skill Development programs while creating long-term institutional partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Visit colleges, schools, coaching centres, and other educational institutions within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, HODs, placement officers, and faculty members.
Promote Catalyst Education's programs and services.
Generate quality student leads through institutional engagement and promotional activities.
Coordinate seminars, career guidance sessions, workshops, and campus activities.
Maintain regular follow-ups with institutions to strengthen partnerships.
Update visit reports, lead details, and activity records in the CRM.
Support admission campaigns, educational events, and marketing initiatives.
Work closely with the Field Marketing Team Lead to maximize lead generation and conversions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license are preferred.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Freshers are welcome. Experience in field marketing, education marketing, or business development is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kannur District, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
