Key Responsibilities
- Identify and automate repetitive business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions for business stakeholders.
- Develop internal tools, workflow applications, and productivity-enhancing solutions.
- Integrate systems and applications using APIs, connectors, and automation platforms.
- Evaluate and implement low-code/no-code and open-source solutions.
- Document workflows, SOPs, and technical solutions for knowledge sharing.
- Monitor, optimize, and support automated solutions and IT initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver practical, business-focused solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with automation platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Zapier, Make, Airtable, AppSheet, or Notion.
- Understanding of APIs, databases, webhooks, and data integration concepts.
- Familiarity with dashboarding, reporting tools, and workflow automation.
- Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Self-driven, innovative, and cost-conscious mindset with strong ownership.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
