Hiring: Salon Manager | Tress Lounge | India
Tress Lounge is looking for an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to lead daily salon operations, drive customer experience excellence, and manage high-performing teams across our premium salon network.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Manage salon staff, scheduling, attendance, grooming standards, and team productivity
- Drive exceptional customer experience and maintain premium service standards
- Monitor sales performance, retail targets, memberships, and revenue growth initiatives
- Ensure SOP implementation, hygiene standards, inventory control, and operational compliance
- Handle customer escalations and maintain strong client relationship management
- Coordinate with corporate and franchise operations teams for reporting and execution
- Support local marketing activities, promotions, and business development initiatives
- Train and motivate salon teams to maintain brand consistency and service excellence
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 4–8 years of experience in salon, luxury retail, hospitality, wellness, or beauty operations
- Prior experience managing premium salons or multi-staff service environments preferred
- Strong team management, customer handling, and operational leadership skills
- Good understanding of salon KPIs, retail sales, and client servicing
- Professional communication and presentation skills
