Job Responsibilities :
- Receive and unload raw materials, packing materials, consumables, and other goods.
- Verify material quantity, description, batch/lot number, and supporting documents during receipt.
- Arrange and store materials systematically in designated areas.
- Maintain proper identification and segregation of Quarantine, Approved, Rejected, Returned, and Hold materials.
- Issue raw materials, packing materials, and consumables to Production and other departments as per approved requirements.
- Maintain inward, outward, stock, issue, and return records accurately.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices and monitor expiry/stock ageing.
- Assist in physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Update stock details in ERP/software and MS Excel.
- Maintain proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and safety in the warehouse/store.
- Follow company SOPs, GMP requirements, safety procedures, and documentation practices.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Purchase, Accounts, and Logistics departments.
- Report shortages, damages, discrepancies, expired materials, or other abnormalities to the Store In-charge.
- Assist during internal and external audits by maintaining proper records and documents.
- Perform any other warehouse/store-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Qualification
- Minimum: Plus Two / Diploma / B.Com / B.Sc. or equivalent.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical warehouse practices will be an advantage.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in warehouse/store operations.
- Candidates with experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
