Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Service Engineer / Service Manager for our STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), and WTP (Water Treatment Plant) projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing site service activities, plant operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and client coordination to ensure efficient plant performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle operation, maintenance, and service activities for STP, ETP, and WTP installations.
- Monitor plant performance and ensure smooth functioning of all systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process-related issues.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with clients and provide timely technical support and service solutions.
- Maintain service records, maintenance reports, and site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and operational standards.
- Manage spare parts requirements and coordinate with internal teams for service support.
- Lead site teams and ensure timely completion of service and maintenance tasks.
- Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of treatment plants.
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in service, operation, and maintenance of STP, ETP, and WTP projects.
- Strong knowledge of pumps, blowers, dosing systems, filters, PLC/SCADA, and treatment plant processes.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and team management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling multiple project sites.
- Client-facing service experience.
- Strong problem-solving and reporting capabilities.
- Willingness to travel to project locations when required.
