Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and organized Front Desk Executive cum Data Entry Operator to manage front office operations, visitor coordination, data entry activities, and administrative support. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure a smooth and professional experience for visitors, customers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and guests.
- Handle visitor management, including visitor registration, entry records, gate coordination, and informing concerned departments.
- Coordinate and arrange meeting schedules, meeting rooms, and hospitality requirements for internal and external meetings.
- Manage incoming telephone calls, transfer calls to relevant departments, and handle routine inquiries in a professional manner. If required .
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of records, reports, visitor logs, and administrative documents.
- Conduct customer feedback calls to collect feedback on services, resolve basic concerns, and maintain feedback records.
- Review and monitor housekeeping activities to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper upkeep of office premises.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff and vendors for timely completion of routine maintenance and support tasks.
- Maintain proper filing, documentation, and record management for administrative activities.
- Provide general administrative support to management and departments as required.
- Ensure professional front office presentation and maintain a welcoming environment at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate B.com or any relevant
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in front office, administration, or data entry functions.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively across departments.
- Professional appearance, courteous behaviour, and customer-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
