As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The engineer works with a variety of tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with various teams to troubleshoot and optimize application functionality is also a key part of the daily routine.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of packaged application configuration and support processes.
- Familiarity with using APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application stability and performance.
- Experience in managing software releases and ensuring smooth deployment cycles.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Murex Datamart Reporting.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
