**We're Hiring – Mechanical Design Engineer**

### Position: Mechanical Design Engineer
Location: Bangalore
### Key Responsibilities
✔ Design and develop mechanical systems, assemblies, and components for testing equipment and special-purpose machines
✔ Create 3D models, manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and BOMs using SolidWorks
✔ Develop innovative concepts and convert them into manufacturable products
✔ Perform engineering calculations, tolerance analysis, material selection, and design validation
✔ Coordinate with Manufacturing, Electrical, Software, and R&D teams throughout the product development cycle
✔ Support fabrication, assembly, testing, validation, and commissioning activities
✔ Prepare technical documentation, design reports, and engineering specifications
✔ Drive product improvement, cost optimization, and new product development initiatives
### Requirements
✅ Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline
✅ Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Mechanical Design Engineering
✅ Strong proficiency in SolidWorks (Part Modeling, Assemblies, Drawings, Sheet Metal, and Weldments)
✅ Good understanding of Engineering Design Principles and Machine Design Fundamentals
✅ Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering Fundamentals including:
* Strength of Materials
* Theory of Machines
* Machine Design
* Manufacturing Processes
* Engineering Mechanics
* Materials Engineering
✅ Experience in Product Design and Development from concept to production
✅ Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), Fits & Tolerances, and Engineering Standards
✅ Strong understanding of Material Selection, Design Calculations, and Structural Design Considerations
✅ Familiarity with Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DFMA/DFM/DFA) principles
✅ Experience with Testing Equipment, Automation Systems, Precision Machines, or Special-Purpose Machines will be an added advantage
