Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new clients for the respective solutions/services.
- Market research to collect contact details, do cold calling, cold emails, to create lead base.
- Meet the prospective leads and pitch the respective solutions/services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence.
Key Requirements:
- Presentable attitude with a strong flair for sales.
- Strong communication (English), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Education Qualifications: MBA or related
- Experience: Preferring 1 yr of experience in software/ product sales. Fresh candidates will strong flair in sales shall be considered.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Willingness to travel as required and meet clients.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Software, IT Products/Solutions sales.
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on customer acquisition
- Ability to understand and speak technology
