About the Role
Grand Poker Arena is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining quality standards, controlling costs, and driving revenue while ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower planning.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
- Control food and beverage costs, minimize wastage, and optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Coordinate with the Executive Chef and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance analyses.
- Plan and execute special events, promotions, and seasonal menus
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
