Job Title: Greeter (Jewellery Showroom)

Job Summary
The Greeter is the first point of contact for customers visiting the jewellery showroom. The role is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and luxurious first impression by greeting customers, understanding their requirements, and directing them to the appropriate sales consultant. The Greeter ensures a seamless customer experience from entry to exit while maintaining showroom hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome every customer with a warm smile and professional greeting.
- Open and hold the entrance door for customers whenever required.
- Understand the customer's purpose of visit and guide them to the appropriate sales executive or department.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure prompt customer assistance.
- Maintain customer footfall records and visitor registers.
- Offer refreshments to customers as per showroom hospitality standards.
- Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist in managing customer queues and waiting time during peak business hours.
- Provide basic information about ongoing offers, collections, and showroom facilities.
- Escort customers to the billing or customer service desk when required.
- Thank customers for visiting and ensure they leave with a positive shopping experience.
- Support showroom events, festive promotions, exhibitions, and VIP customer visits.
- Follow grooming standards, customer service protocols, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, front office, or luxury customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills may also apply.

Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in jewellery, luxury retail, hospitality, hotel, aviation, or front office roles.
Salary Range
- ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, communication skills, and location

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
