Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day showroom floor operations.
- Support the team in daily activities.
- Assist customers and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Help the sales team achieve business goals.
- Maintain product displays and showroom presentation.
- Respond to customer queries in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure the showroom is clean and well-organized.
- Check stock availability and inform the concerned team when replenishment is needed.
- Follow billing and customer service procedures.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
Experience & Eligibility Criteria
- 2–3 years of experience in retail or showroom operations.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of retail and sales processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good customer service and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
