Job Opening: Senior Radial Drill Machine Operator
Location: Baidyabati, Hooghly
Duty Hours : 12 Hours Shift
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Preferred
Experience: 10–15 Years of experience operating Radial Drill Machines in Heavy Engineering, Forging, Fabrication or Manufacturing Industries
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Radial Drill Machine independently for heavy-duty components
- Read engineering drawings and execute drilling operations accurately
- Perform drilling, reaming, tapping and boring operations as per specifications
- Select tools, cutting parameters and machine settings
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality
- Guide junior operators and maintain production targets
- Carry out routine machine maintenance and ensure workplace safety
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Radial Drill Machine operations
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments
- Experience handling large fabrication and forged components
- Knowledge of quality standards and safety practices
- Self-driven and capable of working independently
