Position: Care cordinator

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic nurse to join our Elder Care and Home Care Services team. The candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with senior citizens and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide quality nursing support and assistance to elderly clients at home.
Conduct home visits across Bangalore and support clients with their healthcare needs.
Monitor and record vital signs, medications, and overall health condition.
Coordinate with doctors, caregivers, family members, and the internal care team.
Assist with appointments, investigations, hospital visits, and other healthcare requirements when needed.
Maintain proper documentation and provide regular updates to the care team and family members.
Build and maintain a strong, trustworthy relationship with customers and their families.
Handle responsibilities professionally and with empathy.
