OneCircle Business Solution (www.onecirclebusinesssolution.in) is an outsourcing company joint ventured with an European based Telecom Company providing support to UK based International telecom service from last 17 years which is tied up with UK largest network O2 & Vodafone. We deals with UK major providers like British Telecom, Talk Talk, Sky, British Gas, EDF, Eon Next which add huge earning potential (Salary + Incentive).
We are now looking for those candidates who can work in our UK Telecom & Utilities department from home. You will be handling Mobile Network, Broadband, Gas and Electricity, Virtual Numbers, Cloud PBX. The applying candidate should have Laptop or Desktop, noise cancellation headphone and internet connection.
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships and communicate in a professional manner with consumers.
- Should be passionate in talking with new prospects in UK.
- Should be multilingual fluent in English (Other language like Hindi & Tamil Highly preferred).
- Should be interested to learn high closing techniques.
- Close sales by using strong closing techniques. Asking probing questions.
- Continue product education to provide exceptional service to consumers.
- Should make 150 to 200 calls per day and build maximum pipelines.
How easy to achieve sales
In UK in their homes, peoples use Broadband, Electricity & Gas, and Mobile Phones. Once you get one customer who purchases Broadband from us, there will be an opportunity to close multiple sales. You can sell those Electricity & Gas as well which earns you 2 to 3 sales at one go.
