ZAN Services is expanding rapidly within the Indian market, and we are looking for a highly experienced Business Development Officer to drive B2B digital sales and lead revenue growth.
This role is ideal for professionals with 3+ years of B2C sales experience, strong client-handling skills, and a proven track record of closing high-value digital service deals.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing the complete sales cycle, and closing high-value B2B deals for the Indian market. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent lead conversion, client satisfaction, and revenue achievement.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Drive B2C lead generation and business acquisition for Web & App Development, SEO, SMO, and Digital Marketing services.
- Identify and engage potential clients, founders, and decision-makers across industries.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through strategic outreach and follow-ups.
Sales Execution & Client Management
- Handle the complete sales cycle—from requirement gathering and consultation to negotiation and deal closure.
- Conduct consultative sales discussions and present customized digital solutions.
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business opportunities.
Strategy & Reporting
- Work closely with management to align sales efforts with organizational goals.
- Track daily activities, conversions, and revenue metrics.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates.
Required Experience & Skill Set
Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2C Business Development / Digital Services Sales.
- Proven experience in Website Sales / IT & Digital Services.
- Strong exposure to the Indian B2C market.
- Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals independently.
Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong understanding of digital solutions and web technologies.
- Highly target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage clients and revenue expectations professionally.
