Role & Responsibility:
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Process cash, debit/credit card, and digital payment transactions accurately.
- Issue receipts, refunds, exchanges, and change when required.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer and balance it at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Record daily sales and prepare cash reports.
- Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and procedures.
- Resolve customer payment queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter.
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and company promotions where applicable.
- Safeguard company cash and report any discrepancies immediately.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
