Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective members.
- Respond to enquiries generated through social media, website.
- Qualify leads and understand each prospect's fitness goals.
- Schedule consultation appointments and club visits for the sales team.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain strong communication.
- Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and appointment booking targets.
- Represent the Boxlab Workout brand with professionalism and excellent customer service.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has excellent communication skills in English.
- Is confident, friendly, and professional over phone calls.
- Can build trust and develop rapport with potential members.
- Is comfortable using CRM software and basic computer applications.Preferred Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, customer support, or calling roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in the fitness, wellness, healthcare, or hospitality industry is an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,869.17 - ₹38,754.02 per month
