Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines, ensuring product quality, maintaining production efficiency, and following all safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Turning and/or CNC VMC machines.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Perform machine setup, tool offset adjustments, and tool changes (if required).
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and production targets are achieved.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Bore Gauge.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Record production data and report any machine or quality issues.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain 5S standards.
Qualifications
- ITI (Machinist, Turner, Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience as a CNC Operator.
- Knowledge of Fanuc Controller is preferred.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
