Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Manager – Centre Operations with a BAMS and MBA/MHA qualification to lead the overall operations of our Ayurveda hospital. The ideal candidate will combine clinical understanding with business acumen to drive operational excellence, patient satisfaction, revenue growth, and team performance.
Key Responsibilites
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring seamless coordination across OPD, IPD, Therapy, Pharmacy, Front Office, and Support Services.
- Drive revenue, profitability, occupancy, and overall centre performance while ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Ensure exceptional patient experience by maintaining high service standards and promptly resolving escalations.
- Lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary teams to achieve operational and business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, statutory requirements, and organizational SOPs.
- Build referral networks and support business development initiatives to increase patient footfall.
- Monitor key operational and financial KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- BAMS – Mandatory
- MBA (Hospital/Healthcare Management) or MHA – Mandatory
Experience:
- 5–8 years of experience in hospital operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role such as Centre Manager, Hospital Administrator, or Operations Manager.
- Experience in Ayurveda, integrative healthcare, or multi-specialty hospitals is preferred.
