- Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities on site
- Monitor project progress and report delays or issues to the Project Engineer/Manager
- Manage site labor, subcontractors, and equipment effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce HSE standards on site
- Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and QA/QC teams
- Ensure proper storage and usage of construction materials
