Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain health insurance products and services to customers.
- Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve targets.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass/Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, BPO, customer service, or sales.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Ability to achieve targets and work in a team environment.
