Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing logistics team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and leading the sales team with proper guidance and training.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in freight forwarding sales and should already have active business connections that can be converted into shipments and long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring new business opportunities for air freight, sea freight, and logistics services
- Convert existing business contacts and leads into active customers
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and overseas agents
- Support and guide sales executives in daily sales activities
- Conduct proper sales training sessions for sales executives and tele callers
- Monitor sales performance and improve team productivity
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and market analysis
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales
- Strong knowledge of air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, and logistics services
- Must have existing customer base or business opportunities that can be converted
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team training skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle and motivate a sales team
- UAE logistics market knowledge will be an added advantage
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling corporate logistics clients
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Good presentation and business development skills
- Knowledge of CRM and sales reporting systems

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
