Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Junior IT Specialist to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience providing blended support for ERP systems, cybersecurity operations, and system maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cybersecurity Operations: Monitor security alerts, conduct vulnerability assessments, and implement security hardening for servers and endpoints.
- ERP Support & Maintenance: Provide front-line functional and technical support for the ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Troubleshoot user issues, manage user access, and ensure data integrity.
- AI Implementation: Assist in deploying and maintaining AI-powered security tools (e.g., AI-based threat detection, automated anomaly detection) to enhance threat hunting.
- Application Development & Scripting: Develop custom scripts (Python, PowerShell) to automate routine maintenance tasks and integrate API-based AI services.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine server maintenance, software patching, and system updates to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or cybersecurity.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with enterprise ERP systems.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Understanding of AI integration basics (APIs, ML modelling).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
