About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Bidder Fresher to join our Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new project opportunities, preparing proposals, and supporting lead generation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, and Guru.
- Prepare and submit effective proposals according to client requirements.
- Generate leads through online bidding platforms and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the relevant internal teams.
- Communicate professionally with potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain proper bidding records.
- Achieve daily/weekly bidding and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Active, confident, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, Web Development, or Digital Marketing will be an advantage.
- Willingness to learn bidding, proposal writing, and client communication.
