We're Hiring: Personal Assistant to CEO
Location: Kochi
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide executive-level support to the CEO and assist in daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare sales reports, business reports, and presentations
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Follow up on key tasks and ensure timely execution
- Maintain confidential records and documentation
- Support strategic and operational activities
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in preparing sales reports and business analysis
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is preferred
