Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Gardener to maintain and enhance the health, appearance, and cleanliness of gardens and landscaped areas. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in plant care, irrigation, soil management, and general garden maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify different types of plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers and provide appropriate care.
- Perform regular watering and manage irrigation systems efficiently.
- Prepare soil for planting, including digging, mixing, and conditioning.
- Apply fertilizers, compost, and other nutrients as required.
- Trim, prune, and shape plants, hedges, and trees to maintain healthy growth.
- Plant, transplant, and propagate flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Monitor plants for pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies, and take corrective action.
- Remove weeds, dead plants, and garden waste to maintain cleanliness.
- Maintain gardening tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Ensure the garden remains attractive, healthy, and well-maintained throughout the year.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass
- Experience: 5–6 years as a Gardener or in a similar role.

- Basic understanding of safety practices while using gardening tools and chemicals.
This JD is suitable for offices, factories, corporate campuses, residential societies, and industrial premises.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
