Role- Analyst/ Sr Analyst
Shift time : 4 pm to 1 am IST
Co Name - Entra Solutions Private Ltd. (captive of BSI Financial Services)
Exp- 1-2 years of US Mortgage Loss Mitigation/Loan Modification
Location – Gurgaon
Essential Functions
- Perform loan modification per Investors and Industry guidelines.
- Evaluate financials, review bank statements, tax returns and Review credit report.
- Track all required documentation to assure processing timeframes are being met and update
system with statuses.
- Requesting the additional or missing documents.
- Ensures all documentation, acknowledgement and review done on time.
- 1-2 years of US Mortgage Loss Mitigation/Loan Modification experience is must.
- Communication skills Effective verbal and written communication.
- Analytical ability- Eye for detail.
- Quantitative skills Good with numbers.
