Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible Dispatch Coordinator to manage and coordinate daily dispatch activities. The candidate will ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods while maintaining proper documentation and communication with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage daily dispatch operations
- Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and delivery staff
- Prepare dispatch documents (Invoice, Delivery Challan, E-way Bill)
- Ensure timely dispatch of materials as per schedule
- Track shipments and update delivery status
- Maintain dispatch records and reports
- Handle customer queries related to delivery
- Resolve delays or dispatch-related issues
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of goods
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or relevant experience in logistics/operations
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics (preferred)
- Freshers can also apply (if trained)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹11,045.33 - ₹25,000.00 per month
