Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that align with our brand identity and support our marketing, sales, and communication initiatives across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creatives for digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, and online promotions
- Create print collateral such as brochures, flyers, menus, packaging, standees, posters, and other marketing materials
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver impactful visual solutions
- Ensure all designs are on-brand, consistent in style, and visually appealing
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, and graphics for campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices
- Prepare artwork for both digital publishing and print production
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (knowledge of Figma is an added advantage)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding
- Ability to create original concepts and translate ideas into compelling visual designs
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and brand communication
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus
- Experience with packaging design, print production, and pre-press processes is an advantage
- Familiarity with photography and image editing techniques is a bonus
