ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our Founder's Office in Hyderabad. You will be the frontline bridge between Flotr and travel agencies across India — reaching out, pitching, and getting agencies live on the platform.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct outreach to travel agency leads via phone and WhatsApp
- Pitch Flotr's model clearly — explain how agencies list trips and earn commissions
- Handle agency objections confidently and follow up persistently
- Convert leads into active agencies — get them signed up and their first trip listed on Flotr
- Maintain a daily outreach tracker (Google Sheets) — leads, status, follow-up dates
- Escalate product or technical questions to the management team promptly
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, B2B outreach, or travel/hospitality industry
- Fluent in Hindi and English (Telugu is a bonus)
- Comfortable making 30–50 outreach calls per day
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
