Role Overview :
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in Human Resources and Recruitment.
Your primary responsibility will be contacting job applicants by phone, explaining available opportunities, asking basic screening questions, updating candidate information, and helping qualified applicants move to the next stage of the hiring process.
You will work with AI-assisted tools, structured call scripts, and our InterviewScreener.com platform to make recruitment faster and more efficient.
Key Responsibilities :
- Call applicants who have applied for positions across Klizo Solutions and our partner companies.
- Handle approximately 60–80 outbound calls per day.
- Explain job opportunities, work schedules, salary ranges, and hiring processes.
- Ask basic qualification and screening questions using company-provided scripts.
- Update candidate records accurately in the recruitment system.
- Send InterviewScreener.com assessments to qualified applicants.
- Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.
- Follow up with applicants through phone, WhatsApp, email, and job portals.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Meet daily calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate or pursuing graduation.
- Excellent communication skills in Bengali and Hindi.
- Basic spoken and written English.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day.
- Good computer skills, including Google Sheets, email, and internet usage.
- Willingness to learn AI-powered recruitment tools.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, telecalling, customer support, BPO, or sales calling.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or Apna is a plus.
- Comfortable working with recruitment software and AI tools.

Compensation
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
