At Team INTERVAL, the Operations Growth Associate plays a key role in student counseling and admissions growth. We're looking for a self-driven, energetic individual who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys guiding students and parents toward the right learning path.
Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents on course selection based on their academic background, interests, and goals
- Contact prospects and convert business leads into scheduled student assessments
- Conduct assessment sessions with students and parents to recommend the best-fit courses/programs
- Prepare, interpret, and analyze assessment reports to generate actionable insights
- Guide clients through the enrollment process, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up
- Provide accurate information on course fees, schedules, and available options
- Advise students and parents on program benefits and value for their investment
- Collect feedback from parents, students, and trainers to continuously improve service quality
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM/database regularly
- Follow up with prospective students via calls, emails, and meetings to convert inquiries into admissions
- Generate new business prospects through client referrals
- Support the department manager in day-to-day operations
- Achieve individual and team enrollment targets while maintaining high ethical standards
- Ensure excellent customer service and student satisfaction throughout the process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills to convert leads into admissions
- Proficiency in Google Apps (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
